Our Food Safety Policy

Muşlu Kardeşler Gıda Güvenliği Politikamız Traceability in agricultural products which is emerging as an indispensable factor when today’s conditions and future trends are taken into account is maintained by recording the processes which our harvesters are remained under control as specified by our agricultural engineers. Currently, our producer who is harvesting in 750 acres of land around Antalya in Mediterranean region and a total 5000 acre of land in Alaşehir town of Manisa and around Denizli in Aegean Region has obtained the GAA (Good Agricultural Applications) certificate. Our target is to increase land area and number of producers to a maximum level.

Muşlu Kardeşler Gıda Güvenliği PolitikamızGAA (Good Agricultural Application) System is based on traceability of product from soil to page. With GAA certificate, recording all applications carried out by producers and traceability of the product until its consumption is sustained.

Our company has HACCP and ISO 9001:2000 certificates. ISO is an abbreviation of International Organization for Standardization. ISO 9001:2000 is a quality management standard that is incorporated by International Standardization Organization.

With ISO 9001:2000 Certificate, products or services of the corporation are delivered as a result of a managerial understanding that is handled and directed in accordance with a universally acknowledged management system; therefore, it determines an assurance for sustainability of corporation’s product and service quality.

Muşlu Kardeşler Kalite PolitikamızHACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a food safety concept that depends on the basis of establishment and protection of a system operating properly with the purpose of providing reliable products to consumers. It is a food safety system which includes such stages for every step in a food chain starting from raw material supply, food preparation, processing, packaging, warehousing and transportation as conducting hazard analysis, determining critical control points and tracing these points. Moreover, it provides reliable foods complying with certain norms by maintaining protection of a system by means of preventing a problem before its occurrence, and it can be applied every business at every scale
